INVITATION FOR TENDER

PROCUREMENT OF WORKS SELECTIVE TENDERING

1.  Prestea Sankofa Gold Limited has received part of its share of Budgetary allocation and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for works contract whose requirements are indicated in the Table below;

1. Interested tenderers may tender for lot 1 package indicated above. To be considered responsive, tenderers shall quote for the item above. Tenders, which do not meet the requirements of the offer package above, shall be rejected as incomplete. Tenders will be evaluated and the contract awarded to person whose quotation shall be financially advantageous to the Client.

• Prestea Sankofa Gold Limited now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the work indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the Selective Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
• Interested eligible tenderers must be registered with PSGL, and may obtain further information from the Office of Prestea Sankofa Gold Limited, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT or download the Tender Document on our website (www.psglghana.com).

• Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 1:00 hours GMT on Friday 13thth August, 2025. All Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Training Center of the Prestea Sankofa Gold Limited at 11.00 hours GMT on same day Friday 13th Friday, 2026.
• All prospective tenderers are to visit site for inspection of the project to enable them get first-hand information of the above project on Tuesday 10^th February, 2026 at Prestea Sankofa Gold Limited Mine site at 10:00 hours GMT. Site visitation is an eligibility criterion. Failure to attend the site visit and assess the project will render you ineligible to submit a tender for this project.

• Tenders for of the above Project must include:
  • Valid Works and Housing Certificate
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Valid SSNIT Certificate
  • Valid Business Registration Certificate
  • Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority
  • Minerals Commission Registration
  • Valid ISO certifications (ISO 140001 & ISO 9001)
