The works shall be executed in strict accordance with the attached Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and shall conform to international&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;standards,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;structural&nbsp;integrity,&nbsp;durability,&nbsp;and&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with safety requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Contractor is responsible for conducting all site measurements and preparing fabrication\/erection drawings for written approval by PSGL prior to fabrication and installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>SCOPE OF <\/strong><strong>WORK<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;rehabilitation&nbsp;works&nbsp;shall&nbsp;include,&nbsp;but&nbsp;not&nbsp;be&nbsp;limited&nbsp;to,&nbsp;the&nbsp;following&nbsp;activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Site<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Access<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct\u00a0a\u00a0detailed\u00a0site\u00a0assessment\u00a0and\u00a0verify\u00a0all\u00a0dimensions\u00a0prior\u00a0to\u00a0fabrication.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide\u00a0scaffolding,\u00a0hoisting,\u00a0and\u00a0access\u00a0arrangements\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with\u00a0safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Dismantling<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Replacement<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Controlled removal of deteriorated structural elements of the Trash Screen, CV07 Head Chute, and Mill Spout Structures.<ul><li>Provide\u00a0temporary\u00a0supports\u00a0and\u00a0bracing\u00a0during\u00a0dismantling\u00a0and\u00a0replacement\u00a0to\u00a0ensure stability of adjacent structures.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare\u00a0existing\u00a0foundations\u00a0and\u00a0interfaces\u00a0for\u00a0installation\u00a0of\u00a0new\u00a0members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.3&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Fabrication<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Drawings<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Steel<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Works<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and submit fabrication and erection drawings, based on site measurements, for\u00a0written approval by PSGL prior to cutting or welding.<ul><li>Supply,\u00a0fabricate,\u00a0and\u00a0install\u00a0all\u00a0materials\u00a0as\u00a0specified\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0attached\u00a0BoQ.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute\u00a0all\u00a0fabrication\u00a0and\u00a0installation\u00a0works\u00a0in\u00a0line\u00a0with\u00a0approved\u00a0drawings\u00a0and\u00a0Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.4&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Welding<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Fabrication<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carry\u00a0out\u00a0cutting,\u00a0edge\u00a0preparation,\u00a0alignment,\u00a0welding,\u00a0and\u00a0grinding.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure\u00a0welding\u00a0consumables\u00a0are\u00a0suitable\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0specified\u00a0materials\u00a0and\u00a0comply\u00a0with AWS\/ASME standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.5&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Non-Destructive<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Testing<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>(NDT)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform\u00a0Visual\u00a0Testing\u00a0(VT),\u00a0Dye\u00a0Penetrant Testing\u00a0(PT),\u00a0Magnetic Particle Testing\u00a0(MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on welds and connections.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit\u00a0full\u00a0QA\/QC\u00a0reports for\u00a0Client\u00a0approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.6&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Surface<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Painting<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blast-clean\u00a0steel\u00a0surfaces to\u00a0ISO 8501-1\u00a0SA 2.5.<ul><li>Apply\u00a0an\u00a0approved\u00a0protective\u00a0coating\u00a0system.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide\u00a0manufacturer\u00a0data\u00a0sheets\u00a0(MDS)\u00a0and\u00a0coating\u00a0inspection\u00a0records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.7&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Labor,<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Logistics,<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Safety<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide\u00a0skilled and\u00a0unskilled\u00a0manpower as\u00a0per\u00a0BoQ.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comply\u00a0with PSGL\u2019s\u00a0HSE\u00a0requirements, including\u00a0PPE, signage,\u00a0firefighting\u00a0equipment,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and&nbsp;first&nbsp;aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure\u00a0transportation,\u00a0accommodation,\u00a0and\u00a0feeding\u00a0of\u00a0personnel\u00a0throughout\u00a0the\u00a0contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.8&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Erection<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Methodology<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Commissioning<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit\u00a0a\u00a0detailed\u00a0erection\u00a0methodology\u00a0and\u00a0lifting\u00a0plan\u00a0for\u00a0written\u00a0approval\u00a0by\u00a0PSGL\u00a0prior to execution.<ul><li>Conduct\u00a0joint\u00a0inspection\u00a0with\u00a0PSGL\u00a0representatives\u00a0upon\u00a0completion.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit\u00a0all\u00a0as-built\u00a0drawings,\u00a0test\u00a0reports,\u00a0and\u00a0certification\u00a0documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>STANDARDS<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>AND<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>COMPLIANCE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All works shall be executed in conformity with the latest editions of the following standards (or approved equivalents):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AWS\u00a0D1.1\u00a0\/\u00a0ASME\u00a0Section\u00a0IX\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Welding\u00a0procedure\u00a0and\u00a0welder\u00a0qualifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASME\u00a0Section\u00a0V\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Non-Destructive\u00a0Testing\u00a0requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO\u00a08501-1\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Surface\u00a0preparation\u00a0(SA\u00a02.5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API\u00a0650 \u2013\u00a0Reference\u00a0guide\u00a0for\u00a0welded\u00a0steel\u00a0structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>DELIVERABLES<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At&nbsp;completion,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Contractor&nbsp;shall&nbsp;provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fabrication and erection drawings (based on site measurements) approved in writing by PSGL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welding\u00a0Procedure\u00a0Specifications\u00a0(WPS),\u00a0PQRs,\u00a0and\u00a0welder\u00a0qualification\u00a0records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NDT reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material\u00a0certificates\u00a0and\u00a0traceability\u00a0documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coating\u00a0data\u00a0sheets\u00a0and\u00a0inspection\u00a0reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final\u00a0as-built\u00a0drawings\u00a0and\u00a0completion\u00a0dossier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>PROJECT <\/strong><strong>DURATION<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The rehabilitation works shall be completed within two (2) weeks from the date of site handover and mobilization, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>EXCLUSIONS<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;following&nbsp;are&nbsp;excluded&nbsp;from&nbsp;this&nbsp;scope&nbsp;unless&nbsp;expressly&nbsp;stated&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
