To be considered responsive, tenderers\u00a0shall\u00a0quote\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0item\u00a0above.\u00a0Tenders,\u00a0which\u00a0do\u00a0not\u00a0meet\u00a0the\u00a0requirements\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0offer package above, shall be rejected as incomplete.
